| Municipal Court |
| The primary purpose of the Hoschton Municipal Court is to provide an impartial forum
for the adjudication of disputes. The Court deals with individuals
accused of violating one or more provisions of the municipal code of ordinances. The Court has authority
to hold only bench trials; therefore, under certain circumstances, cases may be transferred to a state
or superior court for trial by jury. |
